  • Use terms such as “Official Selenichast,” “Selenichast Store,” or similar wording in a misleading manner;

  • Use Selenichast® branding in advertisements without authorization;

Selenichast® reserves the right to investigate suspected infringement and to take appropriate action against unauthorized use of its intellectual property.
