1. I want change or cancel my order!
We are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’ve been placed. Our team works quickly to fulfill orders so we can get your jewelry to you as soon as possible.
If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address or need to cancel your order, please reach out immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try our best to accommodate your request but we cannot make any guarantees.
2. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You have the option to pay with PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay.
3. Is my payment secure?
Selenichast uses Shopify Payments and PayPal for orders within the United States which are both encrypted payment providers.
Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify. From annual on-site assessments validating compliance to continuous risk management, Shopify works really hard to ensure our shopping cart software and ecommerce hosting is secure.
Shopify also includes an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.
4. What should I do if my payment doesn’t work?
We’re sorry for the trouble! First, make sure that your shipping and billing details are correct. If that doesn’t work, try contacting your bank about the payment. If you’re still having an issue, drop us a message with email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help!
