Shipping & Return Policy

1. What’s your return policy?

We provide a 30 day return window for all orders.

Engraved and customized pieces are final sale.

Any returns for buyer issues can’t get a full refund. $15 will be deducted as the shipping fees we paid express company. Hope you can understand.

2. What’s your delivery and shipping policy?

Allow 1-6 business days before your order is processed and shipped your orders. Customized items may take longer time about 15-21 business days to processing. Selenichast offers free shipping on all orders. We also offer a $3 standard shipping for US & CA orders, which only takes 3-7 business days for delivery. 

Note: We currently do not ship to: HI, AK, GU, PR, FPO, APO.

3. How long will it take to receive my refund?

It can take up to 1–3 business days to process your refund once we’ve received the package. We will send you an email confirmation once it’s complete. Please allow 5–10 business days for refund transactions to reflect on your bank statement after completion.

4. My tracking number says delivered, but I can’t find my package!

We are sorry to hear it! We suggest to following :

  • Check with your neighbors and look around the vicinity of your residence. Sometimes shipping carriers leave packages in hidden locations to prevent theft.
  • Verify the shipping address on your order to make sure it’s accurate.
  • We kindly ask that you wait at least 3 business days to see if it turns up. Shipping carriers often mark packages as delivered preemptively due to slip-ups in operations.
