Shipping & Return Policy

1. What’s your return policy?

We provide a 120 days quality guarantee window for all orders with some breakage.

If there is a quality problem, please contact us within the warranty time and we will provide a replacement service. Please note color difference caused by monitors, or nuances of photo-retouching is not a quality issue.

If you return the pieces because of personal reasons, such as the style you don't like, the size not fitting you, please contact us within 15 days for a return or exchange. Please note that replacement products will not be accepted for return.

Please check your pieces and try on promptly after receiving the package, and feel free to communicate with us if you have any questions!

Engraved, customized pieces and gift wrapping are final sale.
All returns and exchanges must be processed by us before sending merchandise back. Please note that we do not cover shipping cost for return/exchange. You are responsible for your own return process and fees might incur during the process. Once we have received the returned item we will issue you a refund.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Selenichast jewelry.

2. What’s your delivery and shipping policy?

Allow 1-6 business days before your order is processed and shipped your orders. Customized items may take longer time about 15-21 business days to processing. Selenichast offers free shipping on all orders over USD$49.  

3. How long will it take to receive my refund?

It can take up to 1–3 business days to process your refund once we’ve received the package. We will send you an email confirmation once it’s complete. Please allow 5–10 business days for refund transactions to reflect on your bank statement after completion.

4. My tracking number says delivered, but I can’t find my package!

We are sorry to hear it! We suggest to following :

  • Check with your neighbors and look around the vicinity of your residence. Sometimes shipping carriers leave packages in hidden locations to prevent theft.
  • Verify the shipping address on your order to make sure it’s accurate.
  • We kindly ask that you wait at least 3 business days to see if it turns up. Shipping carriers often mark packages as delivered preemptively due to slip-ups in operations.

5. If you are a customer from Taiwan or Korea?

Please contact us via  and provide your Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) and Name, which is required for shipping.

6. Which countries we ship to?

We ship to all over the world except Afghanistan, Cambodia, Comoros, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Myanmar, Senegal, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, Yemen, Russia, Ukraine.
